巨型钢支撑框筒结构抗震性能分析*

[摘要]某超限高层建筑总高3467m,高度超限,外立面沿高度逐渐收进后又逐渐外挑,建筑概念独特,采用巨型钢支撑框筒+腰桁架形式。依次对其进行设防烈度为7度、超烈度75度以及8度罕遇地震输入,研究整体结构的变形、加速度放大系数、楼层剪重比和抗侧力构件的塑性状态等抗震性能。结果表明,在7度罕遇地震作用下,结构基本处于弹性工作状态,能满足整体结构大震不倒的抗震性能要求;超烈度75度罕遇地震下,局部构件出现塑性,表现出一定的延性耗能特征;8度罕遇地震作用下,楼层加速度放大系数减小、楼层剪重比减小、局部支撑构件进入塑性屈服阶段,结构进入良好的屈服耗能状态。

Seismic performance analysis of mega steel frame bracedtube structure

Abstract:The building height of an outofcode highrise structure is 3467m, which is beyond the limits of the code. The facades first gradually shrink and then gradually overhang along height, and the  architectural concept is unique. The mega steel frame bracedtube and belt truss structure are adopted. Seismic performance of the structure such as the overall deformation, acceleration amplification factor, story shear weight ratio and plastic state of lateral members were studied under different intensity rare earthquakes of 7 degree, ultraintensity 75 degree and 8 degree. The results show that the structure is under elastic working condition under the 7 degree rare earthquake, which fulfills the seismic performance requirements of not collapsing under the rare earthquake. Several members are in plastic state and show ductility characteristics under the ultraintensity 75 degree rare earthquake. Structure is in good energydissipated state under the 8 degree rare earthquake, such as the decrease of acceleration amplification factor and story shear weight ratio, and that several braces reaching plastic yield stage.
