宁波绿地中心结构整体稳定性分析和TLD风振控制

[摘要]宁波绿地中心采用带加强层的型钢混凝土框架+钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构体系,结构整体稳定性是关键问题。根据结构实际刚度和荷载分布情况,采用了等效临界屈曲荷载系数和等效侧向刚度的修正算法,分析了结构整体稳定性。整体线性屈曲分析和几何非线性屈曲分析也进一步验证了结构具有可靠的整体稳定性。设计中利用结构屋面放置的消防水箱,将其改造成调谐液体阻尼器(TLD)。分析计算了TLD自振周期、质量比等参数,介绍了其设计方法和步骤。参考了相关文献,计算得到TLD对高层建筑顺风向脉动风振反应控制效果的等效结构阻尼比,从而求得TLD对主体结构的减振效果。

Structural overall stability analysis and TLD windinduced vibration control

of Ningbo Greenland Center

Abstract:Ningbo Greenland Center adopts hybrid structural system of steel reinforced concrete (SRC) framereinforced concrete corewall with strengthened stories. The structural overall stability is the key problem. According to the structures actual stiffness and load distribution characteristics, equivalent critical buckling load factor and a modified method of the equivalent lateral stiffness were used to analyze the structural overall stability. The  overall linear buckling analysis and geometrical nonlinear buckling analysis were carried out to prove the reliable overall stability of the structure further. The fire water tank was set on the top of the building and  was designed as tuned liquid damper (TLD). The natural vibration period and mass ratio of the TLD were analyzed and calculated, and the design method and process of TLD were introduced as well. Supported by the available literatures, equivalent structural damping ratio for the control effect of TLD on fluctuation windinduced vibration of highrise building was calculated, and the vibration damping effect on main structure with TLD was obtained accordingly.
