对200m以上超高层建筑剪力墙轴压比计算方法和限值的改进建议

[摘要]通过某个简单的示例模型,阐述《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ 32010)中剪力墙轴压比计算方法在200m以上超高层建筑设计中存在的问题,主要有不考虑翼缘墙和腹板墙的区别、不同抗震设防烈度的区别、不同倾覆弯矩分担比例的区别等问题。同时给出了轴压比计算时考虑地震作用设计值和长墙轴压比计算中考虑弯矩影响这两个改进建议。

Improvement suggestionsons on  calculation method and limits of shearwall axial

compression ratio for super highrise buildings over 200m

Abstract:A simple example was used to show the problems in calculation of

shearwall axial compression ratio for super highrise buildings over 200m according to Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building (JGJ 32010), such as discarding the difference between the flange wall and web wall, different seismic precautionary intensities and different sharing proportion of overturning moment. Two suggestions were offered to improve the calculation, including considering seismic design load in axial compression ratio calculation and considering moment effect in long shearwall axial compression ratio calculation.
