[摘要]针对黄河三角洲软土地区某高层住宅的桩基施工过程中存在的静压桩终止压力不足的情况,基于静压桩沉桩基本原理及单桩极限承载力恢复的基本条件,从勘察设计、施工过程、土体分析、单桩极限承载力计算等方面进行研究,分析了静压桩终止压力与单桩极限承载力之间的关系,从而确定原桩基设计承载力的正确性。

Research on the relationship between the termination pressure of static pressure pile and ultimate bearing capacity of single pile in soft soil area

Abstract:Considering the lack of termination pressure of static pressure pile in highrise residential pile foundation construction process in the Yellow River delta area, theory research was carried out on different aspects of survey and design, construction process, soil analysis and pile ultimate bearing capacity calculation based on construction principle of the static pressure pile and the basic condition of ultimate bearing capacity recovery of single pile. The relationship between the termination pressure of static pressure pile and ultimate bearing capacity of single pile was analyzed to ensure the correctness of the bearing capacity of the pile foundation.
