轻型木结构楼面板用结构胶合板冲击性能研究*

[摘要]介绍了轻型木结构楼面板所用结构胶合板在冲击载荷下的结构性能试验装置、试验条件和试验方法;研究了结构胶合板在冲击载荷下的结构性能。试验结果表明:同一树种、不同厚度的结构胶合板,其厚度越大,抗冲击性能越强;意杨结构胶合板的抗冲击性能要优于桉木结构胶合板的;结构胶合板的抗冲击性能随着冲击能量的增大而减弱,并呈现一定的函数相关性;同一树种、同一层数、同一厚度情况下,板芯厚度增大,抗冲击性能呈现先增大后减小的趋势。

Impact property study on structural plywood for floor panel of light wood structures

Abstract:The experimental conditions, equipment and methods for the impact property experiment of the structural plywood for floor panel of light wood structures were introduced. The structural performance of structural plywood under impact load was studied. The test results show that for the structural plywood with the same species in different thickness, the impact property increases with the thickness. Impact property of Poplar structure plywood is better than that of Eucalyptus plywood. Impact property of structural plywood decreases with the increase of impact energy, which presents certain function relationship. The impact property increases at first and then decreases if the floor core of the same species, the same plies and the same thickness gets thicker.
