广场大底盘多某塔构分结析

[摘要]某广场建筑由5栋塔楼、裙房及地下室组成,为大底盘多塔结构。结构高度为266mA塔楼采用框架核心筒结构体系,结构高度为996mBCDE塔楼采用高位转换的部分框支剪力墙结构。通过对SATWE软件建立的单塔模型和MIDAS软件建立的大底盘多塔模型的计算结果分析比较,研究大底盘多塔结构的地震响应特点,得出大底盘多塔结构裙房部分承担的地震剪力明显降低,裙房以上的各塔楼地震剪力有一定程度的增大。对高位转换框支剪力墙结构进行小震弹性和大震静力弹塑性时程分析以找出结构的薄弱部位。并对转换层、框支梁、框支柱、剪力墙等薄弱部位采取有效的抗震设计措施。

Structural analysis of a multitower plaza building with large chassis

Abstract:A plaza building consists of five tower structures with basements and common podium  and is a multitower structure with large chassis. Atower with 266 meters structural height adopts framecore wall structural system. The other BCDE towers with 996 meters structural height are partial framesupported shear wall structures with highlevel transfer stories. The seismic response characteristics of multitower structure with large chassis were analyzed through comparing the calculation results of singletower model by SATWE software and multitower model with large chassis by MIDAS software. The results show that the seismic shear force of the podium significantly reduces and the seismic shear force of the towers up the podium increases. The elastic and elastoplastic timehistory analysis under the frequent earthquake were carried out on partial framesupported shear wall structure in order to find the weak parts. The effective seismic measures were taken in parts of the transfer stories, framesupported beams, framesupporting columns and shear wall.
