大跨度高空钢骨混凝土结构连廊施工模拟分析

(中国建筑第七工程局有限公司,郑州 450004)[摘要]大跨度高空钢骨混凝土结构连廊施工宜采用吊模体系。根据施工模拟原理,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS分析了淮北矿业办公大楼施工过程中钢骨混凝土结构连廊及支撑体系的应力和变形情况,验证了支撑结构的合理性,并根据分析结果,建议采取适当的措施控制其变形。采用钢悬索连接H型钢与竖向桁架以加强支撑体系后,钢骨混凝土结构及支撑结构施工过程最大位移与应力值减小,保证了施工过程的质量和安全。[关键词]吊模法; 施工模拟; 应力; 变形中图分类号:TU375.5 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2015)05-0091-06Construction simulation analysis of large-span steel reinforced concrete corridor at high altitudeZhang Peng, Dou Guoju, Li Yonghui(China Construction Seventh Engineering Division Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou 450004, China)Abstract: Suspended form method is suitable for the construction of large-span steel reinforced concrete corridor at high altitude. According to the principle of construction simulation analysis, finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to calculate the stress and deformation of steel reinforced concrete corridor and its supporting system during the construction of Huaibei mining office building. The rationality of supporting structure was verified. Based on the analysis results, it was suggested to take the appropriate measures to control the deformation. The maximum of stress and deformation of steel reinforced concrete corridor and supporting structure during the construction were reduced after using steel suspension cable to connect H-steel beam and vertical steel truss.
