1m厚倾斜剪力墙钢筋支架安全性分析

[摘要]  本文以贵阳市南明区花果园艺术中心工程为例,介绍采用型钢钢管组合式内支撑钢筋支架,解决了该工程1m厚大角度倾斜式剪力墙多排钢筋在绑扎过程中难以精确定位的施工技术难题。该型钢钢管组合式内支撑架体由普通工字钢、普通槽钢和钢管组成。文中采用理论计算和数值模拟的方法,建立力学模型,进行钢筋支架的抗弯承载力和最不利位置点位移量的验算,通过该工程实际应用满足设计与施工要求,验证了该技术方案的可靠性,可为类似工程的施工提供参考

Abstract: Taking Huaguoyuan art center project in Guiyang City Nanming District as an example, introduces the shaped steel-steel tubes combined internal supporting frame, solves the engineering 1m thick large inclined angle type multiple rows of steel shear wall is difficult to accurately in the binding process positioning construction technical difficulty. The shaped steel-steel tubes combined internal support frame is composed of shaped steel, channel steel and steel tubes. By using the method of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation in this paper, the mechanics model is established, and check the steel bracket flexural bearing capacity and the most unfavorable point displacement, through the practical application to design and construction, to verify the reliability of the technical scheme, which can provide reference for similar engineering construction.
