瑞立项目地下室顶板行走250t汽车吊 施工技术分析

 [摘要]瑞立项目桁架安装施工区域狭窄,大吨位、大跨度高空安装是框架结构安装施工的难点。施工过程中,如何确保250t吊车在地下室顶板安全行走,是预控工程顺利进行的关键。本文介绍了通过脚手架计算规则采用板底均布支撑,合理布置现场吊车位置及桁架构件进场顺序,高效的完成了桁架结构安装,并对整体流程进行了简明阐述。

Analysis of construction technology of walking 250t truck crane in basement roof of Rayleigh project施工技术分析

Abstract: Rayleigh project truss installation in narrow area, large tonnage, large span high-altitude installation is difficult in installation and construction of frame structure. In the construction process, how to ensure that the 250t crane in the basement roof safety running, is the key to control the project smoothly. This paper introduces the calculation rules using the plate bottom scaffolding uniform support, reasonable arrangement of the crane position and the truss component approach sequence, efficient completion of the truss structure installation, and the whole process is discussed.
