青岛北站无柱雨棚钢结构施工测量技术应用

[摘要]  青岛北站无柱雨棚钢结构为钢管柱及平面管桁架组成的空间体系,为外露式钢结构,外观效果要求较高.测量方法选择和误差控制措施是确保钢结构安装精度的关键。本工程钢结构施工过程中结合施工环境及构件特征选用了平移观测位置和构建观测位置的测量方法,通过对工序间的复测调整安装误差,有效保证了钢结构安装的垂直度和直线度,安装精度满足设计及规范要求。

The constructing measurement technology application of no-column canopy steel structure

of Qingdao North Railway Station

Abstract: The no-column steel canopy structure of Qingdao North Railway Station is a space system composed of Steel columns and planar tube truss. It’s the exposed steel structure and demands good appearance. The choice of measurement methods and error control measures are the key to ensure the steel structure mounting accuracy. Considering construction environment and components in the process of the steel structure construction, special methods of measurement including Pan observation position and components observation position were chosen. Through adjusting the installation error by retesting the processes, the verticality and straightness of steel installation were effectively ensured and installation accuracy satisfied the requirement of design and specification.
