[摘 要] 上海某地铁车站及其周边地块开发工程是轨道交通结合城市商业地下空间开发的工程。针对本工程的特殊性，在地铁车站与开发地块结合的围护结构设计、邻地铁地基基础设计、开发地块与地铁主体结构连接、结构防水等关键问题上进行深入研究分析，并在设计中采取相应技术措施。本工程的设计实践，可为轨道交通建设与城市地下空间开发相结合的工程提供参考。

Structural design of a underground space development project closing to a subway station in Shanghai

Abstract：A underground space development project closing to a subway station is a underground complex combined with rail transit station. In view of the specialty of the adjacent metro engineering，some key problems，such as the design of the retaining structure，adjacent metro foundation design, the connection of the development of plots and the subway structure , waterproofing were deeply analyzed，and appropriate technical measures in the design are taken．The design practice can provide engineering reference for integrated regional project of the urban underground．
