[摘要]  结合唐山市某住宅平移工程，针对施工要求的新增地下室遇到的关键技术问题提出了相应的技术方案，主要包括地下室的埋深、交通体系的设置、地下室空间上平移轨道、就位连接等。最后给出建议方案的实施步骤。

The technical solutions to the added basement of one translation residence

Abstract: According to the translation project of one residence in Tangshan city, put up with the corresponding technical solutions to the key technical issues encountered in the requirements for new construction basement, mainly including the depth of basement, the settings of traffic system, the translation rails of the above space of basement, seated connections, etc. Finally, construction steps of the proposal scheme were provided.
