[摘要] 位于河南省焦作市境内的云阳河桥,因其设计标准偏低,其箱形梁体出现了多种病害。经多种加固方案进行比较,确定采用预应力碳纤维板进行加固。铰式波形锚张拉碳纤维板的施工工艺,因其夹持和锚固碳纤维板可靠,张拉方法简单,易于施工,是板梁桥、箱梁桥加固的一种较先进的技术。云阳河桥加固采用了铰式波形锚的预应力加固的技术,本文对这一加固工程进行了介绍。

Engineering application of the bridge structure strengthened
with anchorage systems of prestressed CFRP plat

Abstract: Because of its low design standard, the box beam body of Yunyanghe Bridge located in the Henan Jiaozuo has appeared a variety of diseases. The bridge structure strengthened with prestessed CFRP plat is selected by compared several strengthening plans. Because of the advantages of more reliable to clamp and anchor CFRP, easier to tension and construct, the anchorage systems of prestressed CFRP plat is one more advanced technology to reinforcing plate girder bridge and box girder bridge. This technology was applied to YunYang Bridge reinforcement project, and this paper introduces the reinforcement project.
