[摘 要] 粘贴碳纤维片材加固技术在工程应用比较广泛,然而其强度利用效率一直是阻碍其进一步推广的难题。通过施加预应力,可显著提高其强度利用率。针对以往研究成果中碳纤维片材预应力水平偏低的情况,提出在加大初始预应力水平的情况下,进一步提高碳纤维片材的强度利用率。通过对2000MPa级预应力水平的碳纤维板加固大比例钢筋混凝土T梁的试验研究,表明提高初始预应力水平,能够显著提高原结构的受力性能和碳纤维板的强度利用效率。

Analysis of the utilization efficiency of the strength of concrete beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP plates

Abstract:Carbon fiber reinforced polymer laminate is widely used in engineering applications, however, the utilization of strength has been an obstacle to their further generalization of the problem. By applying prestress, can significantly improve the utilization rate of strength. According to the results of previous studies of carbon fiber sheet prestressing levels are low, the increase in the initial prestress levels, to further improve the utilization rate of carbon fiber sheet strength. The carbon fiber plate of 2000Mpa prestressed level reinforcement test study on large scale reinforced concrete T beam, shows that the increase of the initial prestress level, can significantly improve the utilization efficiency of the original structure on mechanical properties and strength of carbon fiber plate.
