某古建筑检测及加固设计

[  某建筑因需要抢修加固,特进行检测和加固设计。在检测中,对古建筑地基基础、木构件、围护墙体、屋面等情况进行了检测,木构件重点检测了含水率、腐朽、倾斜、挠度等情况,提出了检测结论。在加固设计中,对木柱、木梁等木构件进行了加固设计,对古建筑屋面和木构件干缩裂缝进行了加固设计,对木构件的材料和防腐防虫进行了设计要求。既采用了古建筑传统的加固方法,又采用了新型加固材料碳纤维加固木构件,具有创新性。检测报告和加固设计图纸都经过了文物主管部门的批准,既保证了古建筑的结构安全,又不改变文物原状,保持了古建筑原有的建筑形制和艺术风格。本次古建筑检测和加固设计所采用的方法在值得同类工程借鉴。

Detection and reinforcement design of the ancient architecture

Abstract: An ancient architecture requires inspection and reinforcement design because of the emergency reparation and reinforcement. The inspection of wood component was mainly about the moisture contentthe decaythe leans and the deflection. The conclusion was made by the detection of the foundationthe wood componentsthe retaining wall and the roof of the ancient architecture. The wood components such as the columns and the beams, the roof and wooden dry cracks, the material of wood components and the anticorrosion anti-insect all have been designed. The reinforcement design was innovative because it both using the tradition methods and a new reinforcement material of carbon fiber to reinforce the wooden parts of the ancient architecture. The inspection reports and the reinforcement design drawings are approved by the competent department of cultural relics. This design not only ensure the security of the ancient building, and do not change the original state of cultural relics, maintain the ancient original architectural form and artistic style. The methods of the detection and the reinforcement design for ancient architecture is worthy of reference for similar projects.
