[摘要]  结合某烂尾楼改续建工程加固实践，介绍了烂尾楼的加固结构设计方法，涉及到上部结构的加固改造。通过对比计算，完成了某烂尾楼超高层的加固改造，并取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益，为同类工程的设计提拱了有价值的理论参考和实践经验。

Structure design and practice on reiforcement of a unfinished building in guangxi province

Abstract: Combined with a reconstruction project about a unfinished building changed reinforcement practice, we introduced the reinforcement structure design method on unfinished buildings, related to reinforcement of the upper structure. By comparing the calculation and analysis, we completed the super high-rise residential flats of reinforcement. And we can achieve good social and economic benefits we can also provide valuable theoretical reference and practical experience for the design of similar projects.
