[摘要] 为保护人民生命和财产安全，自抗震规范实施以来，国家要求没有采取抗震设防的旧房改造工程增加抗震设防的设计要求。抗震设防标准的不同对旧房改造工程的造价影响很大，抗震设防标准越高，改造工程的造价越高。在上海某机关建筑综合改造结构设计中，通过对国家、地方政府有关改（扩）建工程抗震设防管理办法的理解和应用，根据不同的改造方案，采用不同的抗震设防标准，兼顾了结构设计可靠度与旧房改造的经济性，取得了较好的效果。

The overall reconstruction structure design for some Shanghai Unit

Abstract：Since the implementation of seismic codes, seismic fortification was required on the old reconstruction buildings without it in order to protect our life and property.Different standards on seismic fortification make great influence on the cost of old reconstruction projects. The higher the standard is, the more it costs. In the overall reconstruction structure design for some Shanghai Unit, according to the good understanding and application of the national and local regional government’s management methods on reconstruction (extension) project，we get very good results by using different standards of seismic fortification and combing reliability of structure design and economic cost of reconstruction in accordance with different plans.
