［摘要］  南京东路720号第一食品商店文物建筑修缮工程结构设计中，针对文物保护建筑的特殊性和建筑功能要求，应用了结构修缮整体加固抗震性能适当提高的设计思路，结构修缮整体加固采用钢构套技术。在正常使用条件下，结构构件承载力满足现行的规范要求；在水平地震作用下，结构整体抗震性能在原有的基础上适当提高。介绍了钢构套加固技术在第一食品商店文物建筑修缮工程中的应用，以及各种节点构造、加固等内容。

Renovation structural design of heritage building for Shanghai First Food Store

Abstract: Nanjing East Road, No. 720 First Food Store heritage building renovation structural design for the particularity and architectural heritage buildings functional requirements, the application of the seismic performance of reinforced structural repair an appropriate increase in the overall design concept, the overall structural repairs using steel frame reinforcement technologies. Under normal use conditions, the structural component capacity to meet existing regulatory requirements; horizontal earthquake, the seismic performance of the whole structure on the basis of the original appropriately increased. Bonded steel reinforcement techniques introduced in the first food store Heritage renovation applications, as well as various joint constructions, reinforcement and other content.
