超小直径芯样应用问题的研究与探讨

摘 要

[摘要]  芯法作为检测混凝土抗压强度的直接方法被广泛应用。随着实际工作对检测要求的提高,现有钻芯技术已不能完全满足。目前对直径为50mm的超小芯样应用上的主要障碍是小芯样的尺寸效应及离散性问题。分析了国内外大量的研究资料,并制作了230个芯样进行不同直径芯样间的强度比对。泵送混凝土50mm直径的小芯样抗压强度值服从正态分布,可以运用统计学中的知识进行分析统计。通过统计学中显著性假设检验,泵送混凝土抗压强度用50mm直径的小芯样测得的平均值与用标准试件测得的平均值没有显著差异。

Research on testing compressive strength of concrete by the ultra-small diameter concrete core

Abstract: As a direct method to test concrete compression strength, core-drill method is widely used. With the increasingly strict testing requirements in practical work, the existing core-drill method can't fully meet the demands. Now the main difficult of using 50mm small diameter core is due to the size effect of small core sample and discreteness in statistics. Available literatures at home and abroad were analyzed. 230 specimens were made so that comparision among strengths from cores with different diameters. The compressive strength values of pumped concrete 50mm small core samples follow normal distribution, and can be carried on analytic statistics with the knowledge of statistics. The examination of significant hypothesis in statistics shows that there is no obvious difference in the average of compression strength of pumped concrete, no matter it is tested by the 50mm core sample or the standard test specimen.
