曲线形预应力梁的温度应力分析*

[摘要]  在大跨度、大体积结构中温度变化对钢筋混凝土中应力的影响是一个不容忽略的问题,但是在预应力构件应用较为广泛的现今,设计规范中关于处理环境温度对预应力构件的影响仅提出原则性意见未说明具体计算方法。以某室内游泳馆的大跨度预应力梁为例,在变温条件下对此梁进行热力耦合分析,结合规范采用增配预应力筋的方法解决梁表面混凝土温度裂缝问题,并进行抗裂验算。结果表明,预应力钢筋对混凝土受拉区温度应力起调节作用,对混凝土受压区温度应力起不利作用,且温度应力对预应力筋配筋量影响显著。由此证明温度对大跨度预应力梁的影响不可忽略,为今后类似工程设计提供参考。

Stress analysis of curved pre-stressed beam temperature

AbstractIn the large span, large volume structure, the effect of the temperature change on stress in reinforced concrete is a problem that cannot be ignored, but the pre-stressed component is wide applied nowadays, design specifications only presented principle views but does not explain the specific calculation method in dealing with the effect of environmental temperature on pre-stressed component. Large span pre-stressed concrete beam of an indoor natatorium was taken as an example, thermal-stress coupled analysis of the beam under variable temperature condition was carried. Combined with codes, the problem of temperature crack of concrete beam surface was solved by increase of pre-stressed reinforcement, and crack resistance calculation was carried. The results show that pre-stressed reinforcement plays an important role in the regulation temperature stress of the tension zone concrete, has adverse effect on temperature stress of the compressive zone. The influence of temperature stress on pre-stressed reinforcement concrete beam can not be ignored, which provides a reference for the future similar engineering design.
