[摘要] 本文介绍了天津某超高层住宅工程抗震设计的实例,对抗震设防烈度7度(0.15g)地区采用钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构体系的超高层建筑抗震设计方法进行了简要的阐述。文中对结构高宽比、结构布置、性能目标的设定和实现等问题进行了探讨。设计中对性能目标具体化,进行了小震、中震的弹性分析和大震下的弹塑性分析,并结合一些加强措施,保证了结构整体性能目标的实现。

Performance-based seismic design of a super high-rise residential building in Tianjin

Abstract: The performance-based seismic design of a super high-rise residential building featured by the shear wall system is introduced. Some subjects such as the height-wide-ratio, the arrangement of shear wall and the performance-objectives are discussed. The structural characteristics and collapse mechanics are studied by means of elastic analysis and elastic-plastic analysis at different seismic levels。Based on the analysis, some appropriate measures were adopted to ensure the building to reach the performance goals.
