[摘要]  鄂州重型机床厂带双层吊车，最大起重量200T，屋檐高22m是近年来湖北地区新建的最大的钢结构厂房。由于其分区、分期建设及特殊的建筑设计要求，使该设计具有不同于常规厂房设计的特点。介绍了厂房结构选型、区间吊车梁、屋架、肩梁及厂房基础设计，并对肩梁、支撑及基础重点细节进行了介绍。厂房正常使用表明，该厂房的设计安全、有效、实用。为同类结构的设计提供了较好的参考。

Structural design of a heavy steel industrial building with double crane girders

Abstract: Taking the new factory design of Ezhou heavy mechanical limited company for example, the paper introduced the design of structural pattern, crane beam, roof truss, shoulder beams, and foundation of the factory . Especially, the detail of the shoulders beam, brace and foundation were introduced. The regular service of the factory for several years demonstrates the designs of the new factory are safe, practical and effective .The paper supplies the example of the factory-like building for the structural engineer.
