十字门展览中心柱顶节点设计与有限元分析

【摘要】 对十字门展览中心柱顶节点进行了设计,根据柱内横隔板加劲和十字竖板加劲的不同给出了5种节点构造形式,利用ABAQUES软件对节点在同一工况下进行了有限元分析,比较了5种节点在实际工况下的受力性能,比较了横隔板和十字竖板在节点加劲中的不同作用。同时,通过有限元计算对5种节点的抗弯刚度进行对比分析,最终给出安全可靠,传力合理,施工可行的节点构造形式。

Design and FEM analysis of column top joint in Cross Gate Exhibition Center

Abstract: The column top joint of Cross Gate Exhibition Center was designed and there are five structural forms with different diaphragm stiffener and vertical crossing stiffener arrangements. Finite element analysis was carried out on the joint under the same load case using ABAQUS software. Then, the mechanical behavior of the five joints were compared in actual load case whereby the different effects of the diaphragm stiffener and vertical crossing stiffener were compared. Based on the comparative analysis of the joint bending stiffness by software calculation, some suggestions of joint forms with better safety, reliability, reasonable force transfer and construction feasibility are presented.
