神农大剧院焊接鼓型节点试验研究

[摘要] 为考察神农大剧院某复杂焊接鼓型节点在最不利工况下的应力分布及受力性态,对该节点进行了足尺试验和有限元数值分析。结果表明此节点在2倍设计荷载下未破坏;采用ABAQUS有限元分析,认为该节点最终发生杆件破坏;对圆杆垂直贯于鼓平面类似T型的节点进行研究,得到了此类节点的承载力公式以及其内部有十字加劲板时的加劲效率,结果表明内置十字加劲肋可以有效提高节点承载力,据此给出设计建议。

Experimental study on the welded drum-type steel tubular joint of the Shennong Grand Theatre

AbstractFull-scale experimental and FEM study on the truncated joint of the Shennong Grand Theatre has been carried out. The results indicated that the ultimate capacity of the joint was larger than twice the design load. The FEM analysis was carried out by ABAQUS, and the FEM results agreed well with the experimental results. The FEM analysis indicated that the member failure happened in the end. The bearing capacity and the stiffening efficiency of the simplified joint have also gotten through the FEM analysis. The results showed that the cross stiffener improved the capacity of the joint. A recommendation was given to improve the capacity.
