多边多腔钢管钢筋混凝土巨柱力学性能初步探讨

[摘要]  钢管混凝土柱具有承载力大、抗震延性好、易于施工等优点,本文首次提出了横截面为多边形的多腔钢管钢筋混凝土巨柱,为巨型结构提供了一种有效的解决方案,并在天津高银117、中国尊等超高层项目中得到了应用,但是尚缺乏深入的研究成果。结合天津高银117项目中多边多腔钢管钢筋混凝土巨柱,通过有限元分析等技术手段,初步探讨了多边多腔钢管钢筋混凝土巨柱的力学性能,该巨柱的受压承载力和受弯承载力较工程中常用的纤维元模型结果有一定提高,该巨柱的受扭承载力应该采用有限元模型进行分析,从而为多边多腔钢管钢筋混凝土巨柱的设计提供依据和参考,结果可进一步推广到异形多腔等类型的钢管混凝土柱。

Mechanics performance study on multi-cell CFST mega-column with polygonal cross-section

Abstract: Concrete filled steel tube column have a lot of advantages, such as high bearing capacity, ductility, easy construction etc., Multi-cell CFST Mega-column with polygonal cross-section is 1st provided, which gives an effective solution for mega-structure, and successfully used in Tianjin Golden 117 tower, Beijing CBD Zhongguo zhun super high-rise building, but till now, these complex columns still lack of research. The multi-cell CFST mega-column used is from the real project of Tianjin 117, from the paper, we use FEM analysis method, will shows some preliminary mechanics about this type mega-column, the mega-column capacity in both pressure and curvature will increased compared with normal fiber analysis model, and the torsion capacity should be use the FEM analysis method. All of this will give some reference and basis for this type mega-column design, the result also can be used in the normal multi-cavity column in polygonal section shape concrete filled column.
