空腹式型钢SRC巨柱在超高层结构中应用探讨

[摘要]  以某一在建建筑高度518m的超高层建筑为背景,对实腹式型钢在实际工程应用中的问题进行总结。结合本项目巨型框架中巨柱的受力特点,对巨柱内型钢布置形式进行改进,节点区采用实腹式型钢,非节点区采用空腹式型钢。对上述型钢布置的巨柱进行节点有限元分析,结果表明经过节点区的内力传递,在非节点区巨柱的应力分布已均匀,各组型钢之间没有明显的内力传递,在非节点区采用空腹式型钢是可行的。结合已建超高层建筑结构SRC巨柱应用经验,笔者认为混合形式的型钢布置既可满足结构承载力要求,且可提高施工可建性和结构经济性,并为其它类似超高层建筑结构设计提供参考。

Discussion on the application of src mega column with open-web structural steel in super high-rise buildings

AbstractBased on a 518-meter-high super high-rise building which is under construction, the paper made a summary on the practical problems during the application of solid-web structural steel in construction. With consideration of the mechanical performance of the mega column in the mega frame of the project, adjustment was done on the internal structural steel layout of the mega column: solid-web was used in the joint zone, and open-web in non-joint zone. Finite element analysis was done on the joint of the mega column. The result showed that with the transmission of the internal force in the joint zone, the force in the non-joint zone was diffused homogenized and no obvious internal force was transmitted between structural steel of different types. So it is feasible to use open-web structural steel in non-joint zone. On the experience gathered in the construction of SRC mega column of super high-rise buildings, the authors believe that the mixed-type steel layout can not only meet the demands on structural capacity but also improve the feasibility of construction and reduce the structural cost, as well as serve as a reference to the structural design of similar super high-rise buildings.
