平安金融大厦超限高层结构抗震性能优化分析

摘 要

[提要]  中国平安金融大厦为超限高层结构,采用由钢管混凝土柱、钢梁及钢支撑构成的中央框架-支撑体系,以及钢骨混凝土柱和钢骨混凝土梁组成的外框架。介绍结构主体的优化设计和抗震性能控制分析。结构的工程方案设计与优化,采用现行国家规范并参考国外标准的先进部分,制订全面的优化设计原则。针对突破国内规范限制内容,采取相应的措施调整结构抗侧刚度,并增强结构的延性。经过结构优化设计特别是抗震性能改进分析,既保证了结构的安全性、使用性,同时提高了结构的经济性。

Abstract:Ping′an finance building is an out-of-code high-rise building. The center part of the structure is a frame brace system composed of concrete filled tube columns, steel beams and steel braces. The surrounding frame is composed of steel reinforced concrete columns and beams. The optimal design and the seismic behavior controlling analysis are presented. According to the national specifications and other advanced foreign standards, the strategy and principle for optimal design of the building are proposed. For the out-of-code items, the corresponding measures are adopted to adjust the lateral stiffness and enhance the ductility of the structure. After the optimal design including the seismic behavior improving analysis, the building structure is suitable and reliable for safe use. The steel consumption of the building is reduced.
