高温高压下双层海底输油管道及膨胀弯结构优化设计

[摘要]  目前海底双层管道面临着高温高压以及高膨胀量等挑战,为了解决相应问题,结合ABAQUSAUTOPIPE两种软件构建相应的模型,对双层管进行模拟计算。利用ABAQUS软件对双层管进行膨胀量的计算以及Bulkhead对于双层管的力学性能的影响分析。在ABAQUS计算基础之上,利用AUTOPIPE软件对膨胀弯进行模拟,并对膨胀弯的各个参数进行敏感性分析,根据各个参数的变化规律,提出膨胀弯的“黄金”布置准则。

Pipe-in-pipe spool design under high temperature and high pressure

Abstract: The high temperature and high pressure (HTHP) condition has been getting more common in recent field developments. Pipe-in-pipe (PIP) pipeline systems have been widely employed to scope this HTHP situation. Structural complexity of PIP pipeline type brings challenge in design phase. This paper describes proposed calculation approaches based on general and specialist finite element software ABAQUS and AUTOPIPE respectively. ABAQUS based method calculates the thermal expansion of PIP pipeline and AUTOPIPE based models were used to carry out spool analysis and design. Parametric study has been conducted on effect of selected key factors on spool design. Based on the results from the study, “Golden Rules” have been suggested for spool design.
