昆山金鹰商业连廊结构设计

[摘要] 昆山金鹰商业连廊结构总高度为49m,结构采用框架-剪力墙结构体系。左侧主楼地上部分共7层,首层层高5.7m,其余标准层层高为5.3m 右侧主楼地面以上9层,首层层高5.7m,第2层至第8层层高为5.3m,顶层层高为6m。两侧塔楼平面布置基本相似。两侧塔楼自11m37.5m通过连接体相连,成为一体,连体部分总高26.5m,连体部分跨度为73.60m。针对超限情况和结构特点,对不同的抗侧力构件提出合理的抗震性能设计目标,满足结构体系安全可行。

Structural design of Kunshan Golden Eagle commercial gallery

Abstract: Kunshan Golden Eagle commercial corridor structure 49 meters in height, structure with frame shear wall structure system. The main building on the ground of a total of 7 layer, high at first 5.7m, the layer height is 5.3m; on the right side of the main building with 9 floors above ground, the first layer of 5.7m, second to eighth layers high are 5.3m, the top layer is 6m. Both sides of the tower layout similar. Both sides of the tower from 11m to 37.5m are connected through the connecting bodies, as a whole, the connected 26.5m high, integral part of span 73.60m. The overload situation and the structure characteristics of seismic design, put forward reasonable target for anti lateral force structure different, meet the structural system is safe and feasible.
