[摘要] 于家堡03-15地块项目位于天津滨海新区,集商业、办公、餐饮于一体。本文概要介绍了该项目裙楼部分在设计过程中解决的主要结构问题,包括结构体系的确定、弹性时程分析、大震弹塑性变形计算(pushover)。

Abstract: 03-15 district Yujiapu, which is located in Tianjin Binhai New Area, will provide Business services, Office services, Food & Beverages. The main structural problem that is solved in the design of the podium building of this project is presented in this paper , including the determination of the structure system, elastic time history analysis, Seismic elastic-plastic deformation analysis(pushover).
