某高烈度区城市综合体塔楼结构设计

[摘要] 本工程位于山东省临沂市北城新区,其中基地西南角和东南角各有一栋高层塔楼,两栋塔楼布局基本相同,均采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系。本工程场地靠近地震断裂带,塔楼为高抗震烈度的高层建筑。采用SATWEMIDAS进行比较分析,包括整体弹性分析及中震不屈服分析、弹性动力时程分析、Pushover分析,以满足规范的各项要求。

Structure design of one city complex tower at high intensity zone

Abstract: This project is located in the New North District of Linyi city Shandong Province. There are two towers which are reinforced concrete frame tube structure, and used the same layout at the corner of project base. Project site is near the earthquake fault zone. Towers of this project are high-rise building under the high intensity. Comparative analysis were carried out with SATWE and MIDAS, which consisted of the whole elastic analysis, non-yielding design under middle earthquake, the Elastic time-history dynamic analysis and Pushover analysis, it shows that the entire designed structure can meet the requirement of Chinese structural code.
