上海黄浦江中心段某混合结构超限高层结构设计

[摘要] 上海黄浦江中心段某商务楼为复杂超限型钢混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构,本文首先介绍了整体结构体系、地基基础设计,重点介绍了该复杂超限结构的抗震分析及性能化设计。根据工程抗震超限情况,提出了针对超限采取的措施和抗震性能化设计的目标和方法。进行了小震、中震下的整体计算和罕遇地震下的弹塑性分析,分析结果表明,针对本工程提出的性能化设计目标是合理的,结构安全性能够得到保证。

Structural design of an out-of-codes composite high-rise building located in the middle bank of Huangpu River

Abstract: The business building analyzed in this paper is located in the middle Bank of Huangpu river and complicated out-of-codes SRC frame-core structural system is used in this structure. The overall structural system and foundation design were introduced firstly, and the seismic analysis and performance-based design were also mainly introduced. According to the research on seismic performance, the methods of solving the problems of out-of-codes structures were proposed and principles and goals of performance-based design were studied. The overall calculation of frequent and intermediate earthquake and the static elastic-plastic ultimate seismic analysis under rare earthquake were carried out. The results showed that the objective of performance-based design is reasonable for this project and the safety of the structure can be ensured.
