上海某超高层办公大楼结构设计

[摘要]  某超高层办公大楼,建筑高度139m,属B级高度高层建筑,采用混凝土框架-核心筒结构双重抗侧力体系。结构设计时从概念设计出发,介绍了地基基础的设计、结构选型及分析、结构整体设计指标等内容,并对计算结果进行分析;对结构进行了弹塑性时程分析,介绍了工程复杂部位的技术处理措施。根据计算结果,采取了相应的抗震加强措施,保证了结构安全。

Structural design for a tall office building in Shanghai

Abstract: A super high-rise office building with the height of 139m is classified as level-B height high-rise building by code and adopts double lateral resistant system of reinforced concrete frame-corewall structure. In alignment with the concept design, The design of the foundation and the base, The select and analysis of the structural type and overall structure parameters were introduced followed by analysis of the calculation results; Elastic-plastic time-history analysis was carried out and technical measures on complicated parts of the project were introduced. Seismic measures were applied correspondingly based on the calculation results. The structure safety could be guaranteed.
