重庆新干线大厦超限高层建筑结构设计

[摘要]  重庆新干线大厦为包含四条地铁的控制中心及物业开发的综合性建筑,同时该地块内设计有地铁一号线车站,三号线车站及三号线区间,项目建筑功能复杂,平面变化多样,为重庆市地标性建筑。该项目属超高超限高层建筑结构,结构横跨三号线岔线区间,转换结构跨度大,工程中采用型钢混凝土斜撑转换结构,很好地解决了大跨度转换的问题。

Super high-rise building structure design of Chongqing New Trunk Line Development Buildings

Abstract: Chongqing New Trunk Line Development Buildings is a comprehensive building including control center for four subway lines and property development function. The stations of metro line 1 and line 3 and the section of metro line 3 were designed on this plot . The building of this project is a landmark of Chongqing Province with complex function and varied plane. The building is a super high-rise structure across the branch section of line 3 with a large-span structural transfer member. In this building, steel reinforced concrete bracing was used in the large-span transfer structure.
