呼和浩特市金宇新天地结构设计

[摘要] 近年来,我国高层建筑发展迅速,结构形式日趋多样化,其中大底盘多塔结构在高层、超高层建筑领域应用十分广泛。金宇新天地项目二期B~E#为大底盘裙房多塔结构,设计中通过ETABSPERFORM-3D有限元软件对多种结构模型的计算和比较,探索大底盘多塔结构的设计方法。本工程结构体系复杂,对中间各部分连桥预设抗震性能指标,采用PERFORM-3D对整体模型进行弹塑性时程分析,保证中间连桥中震不屈服。

Structure design of Jinyu New World in Huhhot

Abstract: Recently with the fast development of high-rise buildings in China, lots of structural styles were used in the newly-built buildings. Multi-tower structures with an enlarged base, as one of these structural styles had been applied in more and more projects. The B-E buildings of the Jinyu New World project Phase II were the typical multi-tower structures with an enlarged base. ETABS and PERFORM-3D were performed in the analysis of the buildings, and the design methods of this kind of structures were investigated. Since the structural system was very complicated, the inelastic nonlinear time-history analysis was also performed to discuss the seismic performance of the entire structure with the software of PERFORM-3D, with the purpose of ensuring that the connected parts would not yield under the medium earthquake.
