福建某高位转换高层商住楼结构设计

[摘要]福建省莆田市某商住楼为一高位转换超限高层建筑,总高度86.8m,存在平面凹凸不规则、扭转不规则、竖向抗侧力构件间断、体型竖向收进等超限情况。采用了抗震性能化方法对结构各关键构件进行设计;采用了多种软件对主体结构进行小震弹性、中震弹性和不屈服、大震弹塑性分析;将主楼带裙房和不带裙房进行了单独建模,比较分析以保证主楼自身的刚度和强度要求;还采取了比现行规范更为严格的抗震措施。计算结果表明,该结构总体指标均能满足规范要求,可以达到预期的抗震性能目标。

Structural design of a high-rise commercial and residential building with high transfer story in Fujian

Abstract: The commercial and residential building, in Putian City, Fujian Province is a high-rise building beyond code- specification with high transfer story and the building’s height is 86.8m. Some conditions beyond code-specification as follows, irregular plane and reverse, discontinuous vertical lateral load resistance members and vertical structural setback. Performance-based seismic design method was used to design the key structural members in the engineering; The main structure was analyzed by different software , including elastic analysis under frequently occurred earthquake, elastic and nyield analysis under fortification earthquake, elasto-plastic analysis under rarely occurred earthquake; In order to ensure the requirements of stiffness and strength of main building, calculation models of main building with and without annex were comparative analyzed. In addition, more strict anti-seismic measures than the current criterions were adopted. The result shows that the structure can satisfy the requirement of criterions in overall index and can achieve the expected seismic performance objectives.
