某8度区超限高层结构设计

[摘要]  本项目位于昆明市五华区,A塔楼属于高度超限的复杂高层,结构总高度为149.8m,采用设置加强层的钢筋混凝土框架核心筒结构。依据所选定的抗震性能目标,进行了小震、中震、大震阶段的性能分析,经验算,在采取适当的措施后,各阶段性能目标均达到设定的水准。并对大开洞楼板、越层柱、温差工况、伸臂桁架等进行了补充计算与分析。针对各阶段分析结果,提出了针对性的抗震加强措施。本文可为8度区同类超限高层结构设计提供参考。

Structural design of A 8-degrees super high-rise building

Abstract: This project is located in Wuhua district of Kunming city, and Tower A is a general irregular super high-rise building with a structural height of 149.8 meters, which adopts reinforced concrete frame-core wall structure with a outrigger story. According to the selected seismic performance objective, performance analysis was conducted for the structure under different seismic performance levels. The analysis result shows that with appropriate measures, the performance objectives of the structure can meet the predetermined levels at different stages. Additional calculation and analysis were conducted for the floors with big opening, the cross-layer columns, temperature conditions and the outrigger truss. Specific strengthening measures were proposed according to the analysis result at different levels. The study of this paper can provide reference to the structure design of similar super high-rise buildings in the regions with seismic fortification intensity of 8 degree.
