基于承载力修正的砌体结构窗下墙拆除后抗震能力分析*

[摘要]砌体结构住宅底层窗下墙拆除后,墙肢抗侧刚度及承载力降低,所分配的地震作用将向其他墙肢转移,容易形成抗震薄弱构件。为了解窗下墙拆除后地震作用在墙肢间的重分配规律及对墙肢抗震能力的影响,基于试验数据初步得出窗下墙拆除后墙肢承载力的修正系数;针对设防烈度8度地区的六层砌体结构模型,分析不同窗下墙拆除工况下地震作用在同一轴线砌体墙的重分配规律,并对现有承载力验算方法及修正承载力验算方法下的墙肢抗震能力进行对比;讨论了不同窗下墙拆除情况对砌体结构抗震能力的影响。分析结果表明,拆除窗下墙后,对墙肢进行承载力修正,原有满足抗震要求的砌体墙可能不再满足抗震要求,原有不满足要求的墙肢其抗震能力可能严重不满足要求

Seismic capacity analysis of masonry structure with removal of spandrel wall

based on bearing capacity modification

Abstract:

The removal of spandrel wall for masonry structure decreases the lateral stiffness and bearing capacity of the wall and the allocated earthquake action would be  transfered to other walls to form weak components easily. In order to study the redistribution law of earthquake action among  walls with removal of spandrel wall and the influence of the removal of spantrel wall on  the seismic capacity of the wall, the correction coefficient of bearing capacity of  wall with the removal of spandrel wall was obtained based on the experimental data preliminarily. The six\|layer masonry structure model in eight degree seismic precautionary zone was constructed to analyze redistribution law of earthquake action among masonry walls on the same axis under different removal working cases of spandrel wall. The bearing capacities of the wall obtained by  using the methods of current bearing capacity checking method and revised bearing capacity checking method were compared.  Influences of different removal working cases of spandrel wall on seismic capacity of masonry structure were discussed. Analysis results show that after removing the spandrel wall, the  wall which originally satisfies the seismic requirements may no longer satisfy the seismic requirements, and the  wall which originally can not satisfy the seismic requirements may not satisfy the seismic requirements seriously after the revision of wall bearing capacity.
