高强外包钢高强混凝土简支组合梁受弯性能试验研究

[摘要]为研究静载作用下高强外包钢高强混凝土简支组合梁的受弯性能,对5根简支梁进行跨中两点对称荷载作用下的试验,加载方式为单调静力加载。试件主要变化参数为混凝土强度、钢板强度以及组合梁截面尺寸。试验测量内容主要为竖向加载荷载、挠度、截面应变等,研究了组合梁的破坏形态、荷载挠度曲线、荷载应变曲线以及应变沿截面高度的分布。试验结果表明,试件均发生典型的弯曲破坏,高强钢与高强混凝土通过栓钉连接可以表现出良好的整体工作性能。可为高强外包钢高强混凝土组合梁在实际工程中的应用提供试验依据。

Experimental study on flexural performance of highstrength steelencased and

highstrength concrete simplysupported composite beams

Abstract:In order to study the flexural performance of highstrength steelencased and highstrength concrete simplysupported composite beam under static load, five simplysupported beams were tested. The five beams were all fullshearconnected, and sustained two symmetrical monotonic static loads in the middle span. The main changed parameters included the steel and concrete strength and the crosssection size of steel beam. The main test measurements included vertical load, deflection and crosssection strain. The failure mode, loaddeflection curve, loadstrain curve and strain distribution along the height of the crosssection were studied. The test results show that the specimens all suffer typical flexural failure. The highstrength steel and highstrength concrete exhibit well integrated working performance with the bolt connection. It provided the experimental basis for the application of highstrength steelencased and highstrength concrete composite beams in practical engineering.
