钢管混凝土Y形柱及混凝土平台结构抗震性能试验*

[摘要]以某在建地铁二层车站钢管混凝土Y形柱及混凝土平台结构为原型设计试验试件,进行静力低周反复加载试验。观测混凝土结构开裂及裂缝变化过程、钢管表面应变变化情况,分析结构受力状态,统计分析荷载侧移滞回曲线、骨架曲线、等效刚度退化、等效黏滞阻尼比等特性,研究结构的抗震性能。试验结果表明:所设计的结构Y形铸件、钢管混凝土柱身、连接构造、预埋件等受力可靠,混凝土结构与钢管混凝土Y形柱协同工作性能良好;在结构侧移逐渐增大过程中出现了内力重分布现象、结构内部耗能机理的变化过程及阶段性耗能规律。

Abstract:Pseudostatic tests were carried out for Yshaped concretefilled steel tubular column (CSTC) and reinforced concrete platform structure, which were used for underground space structure of a twostory subway station in construction. The crack and crack change process of the concrete structure were observed as well as the strain change of the steel tube surface. The mechanical state of the structure was analyzed, and loadlateral displacement hysteretic curve was statistically analyzed as well as characteristics of skeleton curve, equivalent stiffness degradation and equivalent viscous damping ratio to study the seismic behavior of the structure. Test results show that the casting of the Yshaped structure, concretefilled steel tube, connection details and embedded components are safe and reliable. The collaborative work performance of concrete structure and CSTC is well. The internal force redistribution phenomenon appears in the process of the gradual increase of lateral displacements. The change process of the internal energy dissipation mechanism and staged energy dissipation principle of the structure appeared with increasing structural lateral displacement.
