C70高强大流态免振机制砂混凝土的研究及应用

[摘要]针对贵阳花果园项目N区双子塔外框核心筒结构,利用贵州地区砂、石材料研究了C70高强大流态免振机制砂混凝土,通过U形漏斗、C形箱、全量检测等试验方式,经过多次反复试验,找出最佳工作性能和水粉比、单位体积浆体量的关系及砂率对高强、自密实混凝土最佳工作性能和强度的影响关系,最终优化配制出了优质的高强大流态免振机制砂混凝土,具有施工方便、节能、环保等特点,解决了复杂超高层建筑结构核心筒、外框架劲性钢柱结构转换层钢筋密集及混凝土无法振捣的难题。

Research and application of C70 highstrength, large flow state and

vibrationfree concrete with manufactured sand

Abstract:According to the framecore wall structural system of twin towers in Huaguoyuan project N District, C70 highstrength, large flow state and vibrationfree concrete with manufactured sand was studied using sand and stone materials in Guizhou. Test ways of Ushaped hopper, Cshaped box and the whole amount detection were used to find out the relationship between the best workability and parameters of watercement ratio and unit volume of mortar after repeated tests and the influence of the sand ratio on the best workability and strength of highstrength and selfcompacting concrete. Finally, highstrength, large flow state and vibrationfree concrete was optimized and compounded with characteristics of convenient construction, energy conservation and environmental protection.The problems of difficult to vibrate the concrete due to dense steel bars in transfer layer of outer frame rigid steel structure and core wall of complex supertall building structure were solved.
