基于拱效应承载机理的锈蚀无腹筋钢筋混凝土梁极限承载力计算方法

[摘要]以位移控制加载,进行了具有不同锈蚀率和不同剪跨比的锈蚀无腹筋钢筋混凝土梁的四点受弯加载试验。试验中,以人工和电化加速锈蚀两种方法除去支座间钢筋和混凝土之间的粘结应力。通过锈蚀无腹筋钢筋混凝土梁的纵筋应变分布,计算各加载水平下的纵筋与混凝土之间的粘结应力分布。试验表明,剪跨比较小的锈蚀无腹筋钢筋混凝土梁中的拱效应较强,剪跨比较大的拱效应较弱;加载后期阶段,锚固区域的平均粘结应力显著增大,当锚固区域的粘结性能不能维持拱肋的平衡时,锈蚀无腹筋钢筋混凝土梁即发生破坏。对于承载机理为拱效应的锈蚀无腹筋钢筋混凝土梁,剪跨比和锚固区域的粘结性能是影响其极限承载力的重要因素。根据试验结果,拟合出了极限承载力与两因素之间的关系,且具有良好的适用性。

Calculation method for the ultimate bearing capacity of corroded reinforced concrete beam without web reinforcement based on the arch effect bearing mechanism

Abstract:Fourpoint static bending tests of the corroded reinforced concrete beams without web reinforcement were carried out under displacement control with different corrosion ratio and spantodepth ratio. In the experiment, the bond stress between the main rebar and the concrete in supporting was removed by two kinds of methods of artificial and electrochemical accelerated corrosion.   The bond stress distribution between longitudinal bars and concrete under various loading levels was calculated by the strain distribution of the longitudinal reinforcement in corroded reinforced concrete beams without web reinforcement was studied. Experiments show that corroded reinforced concrete beams without web reinforcement with the small spantodepth ratio have strong arch effects, while the arch effect is weak if the spantodepth ratio is large. In the late stage of loading, the average bond stress increases significantly in anchorage zone. When the bond performance of anchorage zone  can not maintain balance of arch rib, corroded reinforced concrete beam without web reinforcement is destroyed. For the corroded reinforced concrete beams without web reinforcement with bearing mechanism of the arch effect, spantodepth ratio and performance of anchorage zone are important factors affecting the ultimate bearing capacity. According to the test results, the relationship between the ultimate bearing capacity and the two factors is fitted, which has good applicability.
