苏州重元寺大禅堂钢混凝土组合空腹夹层板屋盖设计

摘要]苏州重元寺大禅堂屋盖采用了钢混凝土组合空腹夹层板结构体系,屋盖屋面总荷载达到约15kN/m2,屋盖平面尺寸为50.7m×33.4m。通过对比原3层钢网架设计方案,说明该体系在大荷载和大跨度屋盖设计中经济性能优越、建筑使用功能优良。对该体系设计中常遇到的与框架柱相连的肋梁超筋、排水找坡和受压上肋配筋较大的问题,分别给出了肋梁简支于框架梁、整体结构起坡和仅加高上肋的解决方案。结果表明,这些处理方式切实有效地解决了上述难题;同时介绍了该体系的简化计算方法和特殊节点做法。

Design of steelconcrete composite openweb sandwich plate roof of  meditation hall in Suzhou Chongyuan Temple

Abstract:The roof of meditation hall in Suzhou Chongyuan Temple  adopts structural system of steelconcrete composite openweb sandwich plate with a total load of 15kN/m2 and the plane dimension of 50.7m×33.4m. Compared with the original threelayer steel truss design scheme, it was illustrated that the system has superior economy performance and excellent service performance in heavyload and largespan roof design. To solve the commonly encountered problems of overreinforcement rib beam connected with the frame column, drainage and largereinforcement in upper compressed rib beams, solutions were given as rib beam simply supported on the frame beam, overall structure slope and only upper rib beam heightened. Results indicate that these treatments effectively solve the above problems. A simplified calculation method of the system was also introduced as well as special node details of the structural system.
