深圳北站站台雨棚新型弦支屋盖张拉模拟及试验研究*

[摘要]针对深圳北站站台雨棚屋盖采用的由四边形环索、竖向撑杆、斜杆及上部柱面网壳构成的弦支结构体系,结合其结构形式及工作特性,提出了适于该结构体系的基本张拉方法、模拟算法及施工方案,并通过缩尺模型试验开展了3×3跨弦支单元体系的施工张拉模拟验证,进而确定了该站台雨棚屋盖整体结构施工张拉的控制原则和总体方案。全过程施工张拉模拟分析对比表明,提出的张拉方法、步骤及预应力控制方案等能确保施工张拉全过程及张拉完成后该新型弦支结构体系的强度、刚度及稳定性始终符合设计要求,并保持安全稳定。

Pre-stressing simulation and experimental study of new type suspended roof in platform canopy of Shenzhen North Railway Station

Abstract: The platform canopy of Shenzhen North Railway Station adopts a new-type suspended structural system composed of quadrilateral hoop cable elements, vertical brace struts, inclined struts and top cylindrical lattice shell. Combined with the structure form and working characteristics, the basic pre-stressing method, simulation algorithm and construction scheme were proposed suitable for this structural system, and the construction pre-stressing simulation verification was carried out by scale model test of 3×3 span suspended element system. And then the control principle and general scheme of construction pre-stressing of the whole structure of platform canopy roof was confirmed. The comparison analyses of whole process simulation of construction pre-stressing indicate that the proposed method, step and pre-stressed control schemes can ensure the design requirements of strength, stiffness and stability of the new-type suspended structural system in whole construction pre-stressing process and completion.
