包商银行商务大厦超限结构设计

(北京市建筑设计研究院有限公司,北京 100045)[摘要]包商银行商务大厦为最大高度135m的大底盘多塔超限高层建筑,3栋塔楼质量、刚度差异较大,5层裙房楼面开洞率高、连接薄弱,裙房上部A塔、B塔之间设平面尺寸为40m×40m的负高斯曲面单层钢网壳,合理地处理B级高度高层结构、多塔结构、裙房楼板严重不连续等多项超限特征是本工程的设计难点。基于性能化抗震设计,根据构件的重要性分别提出不同的性能目标,采取相应抗震加强措施,通过不同程序分别进行了中震弹性、中震不屈服设计及大震弹塑性验证分析。分析结果表明,所提出的各项性能化目标均得到实现,性能化抗震设计和采取的抗震措施能满足结构“小震不坏、中震可修、大震不倒”的抗震设防要求。[关键词]B级高度; 多塔结构; 楼板不连续; 变刚度调平; 协同沉降中图分类号:TU318 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2015)01-0015-06Out-of-code structural design of Baoshang Bank business buildingLu Qinggang, Liu Changdong, Liu Yonghao, Ge Dongdong, Zhan Xingpeng, Zhan Yanjie, Fang Yunfei(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: Baoshang Bank business building with the maximum height of 135m is an out-of-code high-rise multi-tower building with a large podium. The mass and stiffness of the three towers above the podium have large differences. The slabs of the five-story podium have large opening ratio and weak connections. On the top of the podium, there is a 40m×40m single-layer reticulated shell structure with negative Gaussian surface located between tower A and B. The challenge of this project is to reasonably deal with multiple out-of-code characteristics, including B-level height high-rise building, multi-tower and severe discontinuity of podium slabs. According to performance-based seismic design, the performance-based seismic design goals and the seismic strengthening measures should correspond to the importance of the members. Different programs were used to carry out the elastic design and non-yielding design under the fortification earthquake as well as the elastic-plastic analysis under the rare earthquake.
