北京国锐金嵿A,B座塔楼结构设计

(奥雅纳工程顾问,北京 100020)[摘要]北京国锐金嵿A,B座塔楼结构高度为179.45m,采用型钢混凝土柱钢梁框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构体系。本塔楼的结构特点为不设置伸臂桁架和腰桁架,平面形状为矩形,纵向较窄,横向柱网为大小跨。介绍了该结构的结构体系、弹性分析、静力弹塑性分析和针对中震拉应力进行的方案改进等内容,结构在较为经济的条件下满足各项整体指标及抗震性能目标。[关键词]高层建筑; 混合结构; 静力弹塑性分析; 抗震性能化设计中图分类号:TU318 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2014)24-0054-05Structural design of Beijing Guorui Kingdom Tower A & BJonathan Kerry, Mai Huilin, Su Guozhu, Wu Tao, Yang Yang, Xu Zhaoyang(Arup, Beijing 100020, China)Abstract: Guorui Kingdom Tower A & B in Beijing has the structural height of 179.45m. Structural system of reinforced concrete core wall plus composite frame which consists of steel reinforced concrete column with steel beam is adopted in the tower. The characteristics of the tower structure are as follows: there is not any outrigger or belt truss; plane shape is rectangular with narrow width in the transverse direction; column grid in the longitudinal direction is uneven.
