天津某体型收进超高层项目结构设计

(奥雅纳工程顾问,上海 200031)[摘要]天津恒富大厦超高层项目结构高396.5m。塔楼体型的多次收进,导致结构存在沿竖向刚度突变、受力集中、上部侧向变形不易控制等设计难点。结合塔楼建筑超高、多功能性、体型收进的三大特点,阐述其结构体系(框架-核心筒+腰桁架+下部巨型斜撑+上部密柱+局部伸臂桁架)的确定、构件材料和类型的选择、抗震措施的采用等主要设计问题;并介绍了包括施工模拟及收缩徐变分析、罕遇地震弹塑性时程分析在内的塔楼结构模型分析情况,以验证设计的合理性和安全性。[关键词]超高层建筑; 体型收进; 混合结构; 施工模拟分析; 弹塑性时程分析中图分类号:TU398+.2 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2014)24-0025-06Structural design of a super high-rise building with setback shape in TianjinYao Jianfeng, Hou Yueqi, Wu Shichao, Liu Gang(Arup, Shanghai 200031, China)Abstract: Tianjin Hengfu Building soars up to 396.5 meters height which is a super high-rise building. This tower is featured by multiple setbacks in shape, which induces to design difficulties such as vertical stiffness mutation, stress concentration and extensive lateral displacement at top. Associating with three characteristics of extraordinary height, multi usages and setback shape, the following design focuses were illustrated including the selection of structural system (frame-core wall+belt truss+lower mega brace+upper close column+local outrigger), member materials and types selection and seismic measurements.
