沿海地区农村住房抗台措施与设计

（浙江工业大学建筑规划设计研究院， 杭州 310014）［摘要］台风是沿海地区经常出现的一种灾害性天气，以强大的风暴、夹带的暴雨成灾，每年造成的经济损失平均高达100亿元以上，同时还有许多伤亡。因此在新农村建设和规划中，应当认真应对台风的破坏。分析浙江沿海地区现有农村房屋的状况，针对大量留存的旧建筑，提出“合理分类、利用较好、监管一般、撤离差类”的抗台措施，并列表进行详细说明。对于在新农村建设和规划中的新建房屋，提出从结构抗力着手，同时在选址环节、建筑材料控制、科学施工等方面严格把关，确保房屋抗台能力，并提出规范性措施。［关键词］农村住房; 抗台措施; 设计中图分类号：TU318.2 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1002-848X(2014)23-0054-05Typhoon resistance treatment and design of rural housing in coastal areasShan Yuchuan（Design Institute of Construction, Zhejiang University of Technology, Hangzhou 310014, China）Abstract: Typhoon, which is a kind of disaster weather, often occurs in coastal areas, carries the heavy rain and storm to bring flood and an average annual economic loss of 10 billion yuan as well as many casualties. So in the construction and planning of new rural area, typhoon should be treated seriously. The existing conditions of the rural housing in coastal areas of Zhejiang province were analyzed. For a large number of old buildings, typhoon resistance treatments were put forward as ‘ reasonable classification, use better ones, supervise general ones and leave bad ones’ and listed in detail.
