结构参数对控制室抗爆性能的影响分析

[摘要]作为化工装置中的控制、动力枢纽,控制室等建筑必须采用抗爆设计,它的抗爆受力体系由剪力墙和框架组成。与常规设计方法不同,抗爆能力参数选择是抗爆设计的关键。通过对比分析我国相关规范与美国ASCE抗爆设计手册,阐述抗爆体系在冲击波下的受力性能并提出冲击波确定方法;推导剪力墙在冲击波作用下的荷载参数;结合钢筋与混凝土的材料性能,提出构件动力强度的确定方法,并给出构件的延性控制标准;对比分析不同材料强度和不同尺寸构件在冲击波下的受力性能和延性比。结果表明:抗爆设计应以减小构件刚度、提高构件强度为选材原则,使构件处于尽量大的变形状态,以此达到较大耗能的目的,从而实现优化设计,减少工程量和投资。

Analysis on influence of structural parameters on blast resistant performance of the control room

Abstract: As the control and power supply hubs of petrochemical plant, control room and other single room must comply with the explosion resistance design. Explosion resistant structure is composed of shear wall and frame. Explosion resistance design is different from the routine method that the blast resistant ability parameter is crucial. Comparing relevant codes in China with the ASCE design manual, mechanical behavior of explosion resistant structure was discussed  and the value of shock-wave was put forward. Load parameter of shear wall under shock wave was deduced. According to behaviors of structural materials, dynamic intensity and ductility standard of structural component was derived. By using this standard, mechanical behavior and ductility ratio of different component were analyzed. Results show that the principle of selecting material is to reduce stiffness and improve strength of members. The member is under deformed state as large as possible so as to achieve greater energy dissipation and optimal design, and reduce work amount and investment.
