结构实验室反力墙试验系统设计与施工分析

[摘要]拟动力加载系统针对于土木工程结构拟静力和拟动力试验,是结构实验室必备的试验设备,而反力墙试验系统是整个实验室的重要组成部分。以中国建筑股份有限公司技术中心试验楼内反力墙试验系统的建立为例,介绍大型结构实验室反力墙试验系统的荷载取值依据,通过有限元软件进行建模计算分析,给出反力墙及反力地板的设计方法并进行施工图的设计,同时也提出施工过程中反力墙及反力地板的质量控制指标及施工要点。

Design and construction analysis of reacting force wall experimental system in structure laboratory

Abstract: Pseudo-dynamic loading system is the essential experimental equipment for the structure laboratory directed at the test of pseudo-dynamic and pseudo-static for civil engineering,  and the reacting force wall experimental system is an important part of the whole experimental laboratory. Taking the building of reacting force wall experimental system of CSCEC Ltd for example, the basis for loading on the reacting force wall experimental system of large-scale structure laboratory was introduced. Using the finite element software to model and analyze, the design methods of reacting force wall and reacting force floor were given and the design drawings were carried out. The key construction points and quality control indexes of the reacting force wall and reacting force floor in the process of construction were also put forward.
